We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The park surrounding the hotel was beautiful and well-maintained. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks amidst the lush greenery. The dining room was also very nice. The breakfast provided was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff in the hotel was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, with a pizzeria and a mall nearby, making it convenient for us to explore the city and grab a quick bite to eat.

Everything was OK. We stayed in an "apartment" (bigger than expected) that was quite comfortable. The area is very nice. I recommend a visit to Otocec castle nearby.

The hotel was an "industrial operation" like you can find in many places. Professional but quite big and impersonal. If you go there for the Thermal waters, the hotel is perfectly fine, but otherwise there are many much nicer places in Slovenia to visit ;-). The swimming pools were nice (although there were too many people if you really wanted to swim).

I recomend this hotel, very nice pool and welnes centar. Good clean!

The hotel offered great service and the food was excellent. The location of the hotel was also an advantage since it was clean and well-maintained. The outdoor pool connected to the spa area was a nice addition as well as the beautiful cafe/bar that had plenty of sun beds to relax on.

The parking location was too far from the hotel and we would have preferred it to be closer. we found that the water in the pools could have been slightly warmer which would have made the experience more enjoyable.

The hotel's location was breathtaking! It was isolated and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing Easter break. the food was great, and there were plenty of options to choose from.

I felt that the room was slightly outdated, and the bedding could have been changed more regularly. transportation to nearby attractions was an issue, as the public transport system was not reliable.
